Operational Maintenance for BB400125V

  2. Tracking Check: Due to the internal fabric reinforcement, this belt is less forgiving than silicon. Ensure the 300mm alignment is perfect to prevent edge-wear against the blancher housing.

  3. Sanitation: Highly resistant to standard detergents. Avoid using highly concentrated solvents which can "strip" the plasticizers from the PVC, leading to surface cracking.
