Terms & Conditions: Return and Refund Policy

1. Final Sale Policy

  1. All transactions with Robust Industrials are final. By confirming your order, you acknowledge and agree that no returns, exchanges, or refunds will be issued. This policy applies to all goods, including but not limited to raw materials, machinery, and custom-fabricated components.

2. Third-Party Shipping & Transfer of Risk

  1. All goods are sold on a "Point of Origin" basis. Robust Industrials utilizes third-party transport and logistics providers for delivery.

    • Liability Transfer: Responsibility and risk of loss for the goods pass to the Buyer the moment the shipment is handed over to the third-party carrier or freight forwarder.

    • Carrier Delays: Robust Industrials is not responsible for logistical delays, port congestion, or transit interruptions caused by the shipping provider.

    • Shipping Instructions: The Buyer is responsible for providing accurate delivery data. Any costs incurred due to incorrect shipping information will be the sole responsibility of the Buyer.

3. Transit Damage & Claims

    While Robust Industrials ensures all goods are packed according to industry standards for safe transport:

    • Damage in Transit: Robust Industrials is not liable for goods damaged, tampered with, or lost during transit.

    • Filing Claims: Any claims for damage caused by the shipping process must be filed by the Buyer directly with the third-party transport company. We recommend documenting the condition of the crates/packaging upon arrival before signing the Bill of Lading.

4. Order Accuracy

    The only exception to this "No Return" policy is the shipment of a technically incorrect SKU (an item other than what was specified in the Sales Order). If an incorrect item is received, the Buyer must notify Robust Industrials in writing within 5 business days of delivery to initiate a correction.
